A Strategic Cooperation Agreement Was Signed Between SMXMU And HNA Group

On the afternoon of December 22^nd, SMXMU And Hainan Airlines Industrial Group Co., Ltd., hereafter referred to as HNA Group, held a school-enterprise symposium and the signing ceremony of the two parties’ strategic cooperation agreement in the HNA Building. Important representatives of the two parties including Mr. Hu Mingzhe, the HR director of HNA Group and Mr. Li Feng, the deputy party secretary of SMXMU were present at the activities. Ms. Xu Lu, the vice general manager of HNA Group’s HR department hosted the symposium.

In the meeting, Ms. Xu Lu briefly introduced HNA Group’s industry sectors and business domains. HNA Group, listed among Fortune Global 500, has taken corporate social responsibility as one of its business development strategies. It has been devoting itself to the construction of a new ecological approach and business civilization, to make greater contribution to the society, and to make every one of its staff feel their value and significance. To achieve the goals, HNA Group needs a great amount of excellent talents with international vision, and that is the reason why it seeks deeper and profound cooperation with higher education institutions.

Mr. Li Feng, after expressing his gratitude for Mr. Hu Mingzhe’s warm welcome, introduced to the participants of the meeting the history of SMXMU and XMU, SMXMU’s discipline setting and talent cultivation orientation. Through acts such as the establishment of student internship base and enterprise clubs, SMXMU aims to develop its relationship with the employer companies into partnership and jointly cultivate more excellent graduates. Mr. Li Feng went on to express his appreciation of HNA Group’s affection for and trust in SMXMU and his expectation of further cooperation between the two parties on new platforms. After the meeting, Mr. Li Feng and Mr. Hu Mingzhe co-signed the strategic cooperation agreement and the student employment practice base agreement. The two sides exchanged souvenirs with each other, and HNA Group became SMXMU’s 21^st internship base for students.
