In the morning training, Professor Wu chaopeng, executive vice president of the college, delivered an opening speech. He pointed out that administrators are an indispensable force for the development of the University and the college. To build a "Double first-class" University, administrators should closely link their career planning with the development of the University and the college to improve their management level. This year is the third year that the college has implemented administrative personnel training. Both the school and the college attach great importance to administrative personnel training and place high hopes on it.
Qiu Qixing, Secretary of the school of management, Professor Zhu Yansheng of the school of law, Hong Haisong, deputy director of the school office and Ma Jinlong, deputy director of the school office, were invited to make special reports for all administrative personnel. The training contents include party history study, legal knowledge, government etiquette and meeting affairs, official document writing, etc.
The training content is rich. The arrangement is compact, and all administrative personnel actively participate. In the training process, everyone not only has improved their knowledge and skills, but also has a deeper understanding of the goal of the school and the college to strive for first-class, which will play an important role in further improving the administrative service level of our college.
