Online international teacher training—Teachers participate in Eli Asia online course training

Never forget the original intention and forge development. Under the situation of epidemic normalization, we actively organized young and middle-aged teachers to participate in online international teacher training program. Indeed, if one day we can make new progress, we must make new progress day by day. From July 18 to August 6, 2021, Babson, together with Harvard and Stanford, jointly launched the 2021 teacher training course: Eli Asia Online: Faculty growth program.  The course puts the essence of ELI Asia, SEE Asia, ELI SF and other teacher courses together. By adopting ZOOM online conference form, the total course span 3 weeks, and 4-5 hours a week for 1.5 hours of online English teaching, including classroom learning, experiential exercises, case teaching, interactive discussion, group sharing, etc. the course helps teachers to improve their leadership and learn new teaching methods from multiple dimensions, covering the following topics:

(1) Leadership: Rethink effective leadership during the coronavirus pandemic.

(2) After COVID-19, how to use the idea of entrepreneurship and action to become a better teacher;

(3) To learn how to teach entrepreneurial leadership and innovation topics in the course. How can teachers become better entrepreneurial leaders?

(4) The future of University and entrepreneurship education after COVID-19.

(5) How to use online tools and technologies to teach action learning courses?

A total of 10 young and middle-aged teachers participated in this training. Through the training and explanation of professors, vivid cases and rich and colorful classroom organization forms, teachers have a deeper understanding and thinking on the cornerstone of entrepreneurship, the teaching basis of entrepreneurship curriculum and innovation curriculum. After the training, some teachers shared their perception and gain.
