The University of Texas at Austin (UT for short) was established in 1883 and ranked 42th in the USNEWS & World Report 2021 comprehensive American university rankings, 14th in the U.S. public universities, and 63rd in the QS 2020 World University Rankings.
Introduction to International Academy
International Academy is a series of "research" courses customized for college students/graduate students from all over the world every year by the University of Texas at Austin. The academic and scientific research content of the curriculum is completely set in accordance with the requirements of the various majors of the university.
In 2021, The International Academy Program summer program will have the following four majors. These professional courses are all the top ten majors of UT Austin in the top ten majors of American universities:
● Accounting (University/Grad)-Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. ranked No. 1 in the United States for 14 consecutive years
● Engineering (University/Grad)-Top 5 in the U.S.
● Software Engineering (University/Grad)-Top 5 in the U.S.
● Language &Cultural Language and Culture (University/Grad)-Top 5 in the U.S.

Application conditions
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students;
2. Have a certain foundation in English and have an intermediate level of English (if you have an English test of CET-4, CET-6 or other level tests, it is best)
3. College grades above 70% (no need to provide transcripts);
4. Good health and good mental outlook;
5. Interested in American culture and research.
Application process
1. Fill in the attached application form and a scanned copy of the passport homepage (or ID card) and send it to the email address: michelle.zhou@austin.utexas.edu
2. After receiving the above materials, the teacher in charge will reply and confirm via email within 1-2 working days;
3. After receiving the notice of preliminary approval, the student must remit the tuition fee to the account designated by the school to confirm the formal registration is successful;
4. After the registration is successful, the school will issue an acceptance letter and an email for setting up an account;
5. Follow the email instructions for account registration and view the course schedule.
