演讲题目:FMEA using fuzzy evidential reasoning approach and grey theory for Anesthesia risk analysis
摘 要: Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a methodology to evaluate a system, design, process or service for possible ways in which failures (problems, errors, etc.) can occur. The two most important issues of FMEA are the acquirement of FMEA team members’ diversity opinions and the determination of risk priorities of the failure modes that have been identified. First, the FMEA team often demonstrates different opinions and knowledge from one team member to another and produces different types of assessment information because of its cross-functional and multidisciplinary nature. These different types of information are very hard to incorporate into the FMEA by the traditional model and fuzzy logic approach. Second, the traditional FMEA determines the risk priorities of failure modes using the risk priority numbers (RPNs) by multiplying the scores of the risk factors like the occurrence (O), severity (S) and detection (D) of each failure mode. The method has been criticized to have several shortcomings. In this paper, we present an FMEA using the fuzzy evidential reasoning (FER) approach and grey theory to solve the two problems and improve the effectiveness of the traditional FMEA.
个人简介:
林清恋博士, 2007年毕业于北京交通大学工业工程专业,获工学学士学位;2009年毕业于上海同济大学工业工程专业,获工学硕士学位;2010年3月赴德国柏林工业大学人因工程与产品工效学研究所攻读博士,于2014年2月获得工学博士学位。目前主要研究方向为:医疗运作管理,运营管理,人因工程,复杂系统决策等。主持并参与多项国家级项目,在SCI源国际期刊发表十几篇相关学术论文,其中以第一作者和通信作者身份发表了5篇SCI文章。主要教学科目包括:《生产运作管理》,《管理信息系统》,《人因工程》等。
